Understanding the Times

The sons of Issachar "understood the times" because they were described in the Bible as having a keen ability to discern the signs of their time, accurately assessing the political and social landscape around them, and using that knowledge to understand the best course of action for Israel, demonstrating both spiritual wisdom and practical insight; essentially, they were astute observers who knew how to interpret current events and respond accordingly.
